A Word from the HOA President
July 4th Celebration
Our usual Independence day celebration has been postponed in order to ensure that the pool will be 100% up and running. Date TBD
Updates on Pool
It's been over a year since we started working on repairing the damage to the pool. It was an arduous task which required quite a bit of work with the contractor's insurance company towards securing an adequate settlement. Once the funds were made available to us early this year, we embarked on the task to solicit bids for repair and schedule the work. Well, all our hard work paid off and we are now the proud owners of a completely resurfaced pool (main and baby). That being said, when we turned on the pump room to service the pool, the pump room equipment started failing resulting in pool closures. The pump room is in dire need of a total overhaul as the equipment in the pump room has vintages as old as 1995 and as new as 2022. The next immediate work that we will schedule for the pool will be the upgrade of the pump room equipment. This not only reduces our electricity bill for the pool, but also reduces the instance where the pool will be closed due to equipment failure. Plans are underway to complete this work so that we can open the pool for the July 4th weekend. I appreciate everyone's patience as we work to complete the pump room overhaul. Please email board@theclubatwellspoint.org if you have any questions.
