As a resident of The Club at Wells Point, your Home Owners Association fees fund the amenities that are available for your use. The Homeowners Association and Amenities Committee strive to ensure that the pool and amenity center are managed in a cost effective manner while providing the community with a fun, family-focused recreational environment.

ACCESS CARDS

HOA members must have their access card with them at all times while using the amenities. To obtain an access card holders must complete a form and be familiarized with the amenities.

The Clubhouse is a climate controlled multi-purpose space that can be used for small and large events.

The Club's Junior Olympic pool, with depths from 3 feet to 5 feet, and an area for lap swimming.

The Propane Grill and Side Burners are available by reservation only. You must provide your own propane tank.

Basketball/Tennis Courts

Located behind the pool, next to the playground. Consists of one tennis net and a new permanent in-ground basketball goal.
