Amenity Center Reservations
Would you like to reserve the Clubhouse, Pool and/or the Grilling Station? Please read the information below and follow the instructions.
Steps to Complete Your Reservation Online
- Fill out and sign the Reservation Agreement. Here is the form:
- After you have submitted your form, we will review your reservation request. This may take a few days.
- After review, you will receive an email with a preliminary approval, or a rejection with the reason for rejection.
- If you receive a preliminary approval, then please follow the instructions below to pay for your reservation using PayPal.
Instructions for submitting your deposit and/or fee online using PayPal
**NOTE**: There will be a $5 transaction fee charged for all online reservations, which will be deducted from your deposit. In the event you need to cancel your reservation, if you have already paid your deposits and/or fees using the online payment method, then there will be a $10 cancellation fee. This $10 cancellation fee will replace the $5 transaction fee. You would never be charged both.
- Select the Area to Reserve from the drop-down menu below, then select "Add to Cart"
- This will open a new page on the PayPal website. You will see an item in your shopping cart.
- Click the "more" link to see a description of the item you have selected.
- If you selected "Clubhouse", please increase the Quantity to the number of hours you would like to reserve the Clubhouse; YOU MUST INCLUDE ANY SET-UP TIME AND/OR CLEAN-UP TIME YOU MAY NEED.
- If you selected "Pool Area", "Charcoal Grill," or "Propane Grill", please ensure the Quantity is 1.
- If you want to reserve more than one area/item, please click "Continue shopping".
- If you click "Continue shopping," you will be directed back to this page. Please select the other area/item you wish to reserve and click "Add to Cart"
- Repeat the previous two steps until all of the items/areas you wish to reserve are in your Cart. You can click "View Cart" to see what is in your Cart.
- If you are ready to "Check Out", please go to your Cart and select one of the check out buttons.
- If you have a PayPal account, you can use the "PayPal Check out" button by logging into your PayPal account and completed the payment process.
- If you do not have a PayPal account and do not want to create one, then you can click the "Check Out" button above the text "Pay without PayPal account."
- Follow the instructions provided on the screen and complete the payment process.
