Pflugerville raises to STAGE II Restrictions

New Access ID Badges Required
All residents will need to complete a new Amenity Center Registration Form and attend an orientation in order to be issued a new photo id access badge.   

All residents will be required to have their new ID/access badge with them at all times while using the Amenity Center and Park.  This includes the playground, tennis court, basketball court, pool, and fitness center.  If you do not have your ID/access badge, you will be asked to leave the premises.  Our Amenity Center and Park is private and is for the sole use of our residents.

Each person in your household will need their own ID/access badge, unless they are less than 11 years of age, in which case, we will require they be under adult supervision.  If they are 11 years of age and older, they will need their own ID/access badge.  If you do not want your child to have an ID/access badge, then that is fine, just know they cannot be on premise without an adult resident card holder. If you want your child less than 11 years of age to have a their own photo id/access badge for the park, playground and courts, then you can request they be issued one.

This will be strictly enforced and all residents will be required to show their badge upon request by HOA staff. If you are in possession of a badge that does not belong to you, it will be confiscated.  The first issuance of your badge is free.  All replacement badges will cost $20 per badge.  

The controlled access points for each age group are as follows:
  • 11yrs-15yrs: Basketball/Tennis Court
  • 16yrs-17yrs: Basketball/Tennis Court, Fitness Center and Pool (no guests)
  • 18yrs and up: Basketball/Tennis Court, Fitness Center and Pool (guests)

Proof of Residency is required prior to issuance of a ID/access badge.

If you are a member of the HOA (owner), you must complete the Amenity Center Waiver, Consent & Use Agreement - Owner Form and show your valid State-issued Identification/Driver's License card showing the address that matches your registered property address on your property tax statement/record.  If you have roommates, relatives, and/or minors living in your home that you want to have access to the Amenity Center & Park, they must either have their own State-issued Identification/Driver's License card showing an address that matches the address of the home in the HOA, or, if a minor, the resident parent/guardian must show proof of dependency, such as birth certificate showing you as the parent, guardianship papers, and/or adoption papers.  We will only issue ID/access badges to owners and residents of this community.

If you are a tenant (leasing), then you must complete Amenity Center Waiver, Consent & Use Agreement - Tenant Form, provide a copy of your lease, and show your valid State-issued Identification/Driver's License card showing the address that matches your lease and the owner's property tax statement/record.  The owner of the property must sign the registration form and provide a copy of their State-issued Identification/Driver's License card that matches the mailing address of their property tax statement/record. If you have roommates, relatives, and/or minors living in your home that you want to have access to the Amenity Center & Park, they must either have their own State-issued Identification/Driver's License card showing an address that matches the address of the home in the HOA, or, if a minor, the resident the parent/guardian must show proof of dependency, such as birth certificate showing you as the parent, guardianship papers, and/or adoption papers. We will only issue ID/access badges to owners and residents of this community.

Movie in the Park - Summer Series
The Club at Wells Point Movie in the Park Summer Series is back for another year.  This years dates are as follows:

  • Friday, July 14th @ 7:30pm - MOVIE: To be determined
  • Friday, August 11th @7:30pm - MOVIE: To be determined

These events are open to all residents and their invited guests.​ As always, we will be serving nachos, popcorn, snow-cones, pickles and other snacks, as well as water, sweet tea, and lemonade.  

We will also be serving alcoholic beverages to those that are 21 years of age and older (VALID PHOTO ID REQUIRED): margaritas and another flavored frozen beverage, which will change at each event.

& Clubhouse Grand Opening Party

Guests: 4 per household and must be with registered resident. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

Costs: FREE to all residents and their invited guests.
Please join us as we celebrate the opening of our new Clubhouse.  This space will function as the new home for all of our HOA meetings and many new indoor year-round events. We hope the residents of the community will find ways to use this space for community events (your ideas are welcome), as well as your private events.  We are now taking reservations for this space and you can book online. 

As always, the HOA will be providing all drinks for both kids and adults (alcoholic beverages are for 21 years of age and older, valid photo id required) and the main course.  All of the sides and desserts are pot-luck style, where we ask YOU, the residents, to bring something of your choosing.

If your address ends in an odd number (1, 3, 5, 7, or 9), please bring a side dish.

If your address ends in an even number (0, 2, 4, 6, or 8), please bring a dessert dish.

Please bring a dish large enough to serve about 10 or more people.  

Please let us know what you intend to bring, just so we can make sure everyone isn't trying to bring the same thing.  Email us at social@theclubatwellspoint.org


ENTERTAINMENT

We will have a DJ, water slides, face painter, games, and more.  More details to come.  Stay tuned.
