Pflugerville raises to STAGE II Restrictions
Pflugerville has raised mandatory water conservation restrictions to a Stage II level.
New Access ID Badges Required
All residents will need to complete a new Amenity Center Registration Form and attend an orientation in order to be issued a new photo id access badge.
All residents will be required to have their new ID/access badge with them to access the Amenity Center, tennis/basketball court, pool, fitness center, and park. If you do not have your ID/access badge, you will be asked to leave the premises. These facilities and property are private and for the sole use of our residents.
Each person in your household will need their own ID/access badge. If you do not want your child to have an ID/access badge, then that is fine, but s/he will be unable to access the property without you.
This will be strictly enforced and all residents will be required to show their badge upon request by HOA staff. If you are in possession of a badge that does not belong to you, it will be confiscated. The first issuance of your badge is free. All replacement badges will cost $20 per badge.
The controlled access points for each age group are as follows:
- All Ages: Basketball/Tennis Court
- 16yrs-17yrs: Basketball/Tennis Court, Fitness Center and Pool (no guests)
- 18yrs and up: Basketball/Tennis Court, Fitness Center and Pool (guests)
Proof of Residency is required prior to issuance of a ID/access badge.
If you are a member of the HOA (owner), you must complete the Amenity Center Waiver, Consent & Use Agreement - Owner Form and show your valid State-issued Identification/Driver's License card showing the address that matches your registered property address on your property tax statement/record. If you have roommates, relatives, and/or minors living in your home that you want to have access to the Amenity Center & Park, they must either have their own State-issued Identification/Driver's License card showing an address that matches the address of the home in the HOA, or, if a minor, the resident parent/guardian must show proof of dependency, such as birth certificate showing you as the parent, guardianship papers, and/or adoption papers. We will only issue ID/access badges to owners and residents of this community.
If you are a tenant (leasing), then you must complete Amenity Center Waiver, Consent & Use Agreement - Tenant Form, provide a copy of your lease, and show your valid State-issued Identification/Driver's License card showing the address that matches your lease and the owner's property tax statement/record. The owner of the property must sign the registration form and provide a copy of their State-issued Identification/Driver's License card that matches the mailing address of their property tax statement/record. If you have roommates, relatives, and/or minors living in your home that you want to have access to the Amenity Center & Park, they must either have their own State-issued Identification/Driver's License card showing an address that matches the address of the home in the HOA, or, if a minor, the resident the parent/guardian must show proof of dependency, such as birth certificate showing you as the parent, guardianship papers, and/or adoption papers. We will only issue ID/access badges to owners and residents of this community.
Our goal is to protect the value and use of our property.
Please contact the HOA to schedule your orientation. A good time that works for both parties will be scheduled. The orientation will take place at The Clubhouse at 1501 Club Chase Dr and last about 30 mins. All residents who will be issued an access badge must attend the orientation. Please have the proper Amenity Center Waiver, Consent & Use Agreement form below completed and with you during your orientation, along with your residency and identification documents. We will verify your documentation address to the address on your identification and verify that against Travis County Tax Records.

UT Football Kickoff BBQ & Ice Cream Social
Event Start Time: 4pm
Dinner Time: 6pm
Football Game Time: 7pm
Ice Cream Time: 7:30pm (Amy's Ice Cream)
Outdoor Activities End: 8pm
Football Game Ends: 10pm (or so).
Event Ends: After Football Game
We will provide the brisket and sausage. We ask that you please provide the sides and desserts.
If you address ends in an odd number, please bring a dessert.
If you address ends in an even number, please bring a side.
This is a BBQ event, so beans, corn, potatoes, salad, chips & dips, fruits (fruit trays are welcome), vegetables (vegetable trays are welcome), pastas (includes Mac & Cheese), Jello, pies, cakes, cookies, brownies are good items to think about. Those are just some ideas, so bring what you think would be a great addition to the meal.
Beverages: Sweet Tea, Lemonade, Water, and Slushies
Alcoholic Beverages: Keg of Beer and Frozen Margaritas (Must be 21 years of age or older, ID REQUIRED).
Activities: Outdoor DJ, water slide, slip-n-slide, swimming pool, and playground, and of course the UT Football Season Kick-off Game (inside the clubhouse).
RESIDENTS: THIS IS A HOA EVENT and is for the residents of this community, so proof of residency is required. Please bring your Amenity Center Photo-ID Access Badge, your Texas Issued ID or Drivers License, or a bill with your name and address on it. Wrist Bands will be given out upon entry. Minors 16 years old and up with an Amenity Center Photo-ID Access Badge are welcome without an adult. All other Minors must be with a parent or guardian at all times.
GUEST: Residents are welcome to bring up to 4 guest per household. All guest must be with a resident at all times. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Lifeguards will be on duty!!! It will likely be a hot day, so please bring some sun screen.
Girls Nite Out - BUNCO
Friday, September 20th, 6:30pm to 9:30pm
Please RSVP for the Girls Nite Out BUNCO event on Friday, September 20th from 6:30pm to 9:30pm at The Clubhouse (1501 Club Chase Dr). This is a first come, first serve event, RSVP REQUIRED! Sorry fellas, but this event is for adult female residents only. Space is limited due to game format.
Every group of 4 will secure a spot, all others will be on sub list. Once another group of 4 has signed up, then you will be confirmed to attend by email/text message.
If you RSVP and your schedule changes, then please let us know immediately to ensure we are able to maintain the property group, due to the game format.
